I’m looking for an assistant to help with running my online shop and handling customer service. We’re all about spreading joy, not only through our products, but also in the way that we interact with customers. The ideal person will be able to manage daily tasks while also having the desire to make improvements over time, streamlining processes and making sure everything runs smoothly. While hours are flexible, you must be able to check customer enquiries at least once a day, and communicate with our warehouse during Japan work hours if the situation arises.

You’ll be:

• Checking and responding to customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintaining a solid understanding of our products, services, and terms to handle inquiries effectively
• Managing shop orders depending on customer request
• Communicating with the warehouse through Slack when necessary (English)
• Making improvements to customer service workflow
• Managing and uploading products on Shopify
• Assisting with product release day preparations
• Monitoring inventory levels
